For this special early summer voyage, we are pleased to welcome Ryohei Hayashi, a chef with family roots on Teshima and owner of Tenoshima, a Japanese restaurant in Tokyo’s Aoyama district. Hayashi will serve a refreshing island lunch featuring seasonal vegetables alongside a small market that brings together local producers.
