We are pleased to announce our merger with Tsuneishi Resort, Inc. and TLB, Inc., two affiliated companies also under the umbrella of Tsuneishi Holdings, effective January 1, 2023.

By merging with group companies that operate hotels in Onomichi, Hiroshima Prefecture, we will be able to combine the three companies’ breadth of experience, knowledge, talent, and management infrastructure in order to offer our guests even higher quality services.
